Course
This is a new area to Brutal, with a large flat parking arena. Out on the course there's a very tough area of gentle undulations through close woods which contains marsh, a muddy river, a few ponds, and lots of twists and turns and even a few head-high trench systems to run along or over. This is an energy-sapping race.
The Kids' race will be as many timed laps as they choose of a short marked course. Look for the Mini Brutal flag once the main race has set off at 10am. We ask that a parent or guardian remains close by whilst children are participating.

Timing
Chip timing is provided by EMIT UK. Collect your timing chip and race number at registration. Watch the results come in at www.race-results.info
First aid
First aiders will be present at the start / finish.
Toilets
Portable toilets will be provided.
Water
Water station at the half way point and the finish line.
Don't forget
Whilst this is a very wet course the water sections are all depth tested. The race course will never go through water deeper than waist height.
Other information
Please note, for insurance purposes, we allow only those 13 years old and over to race.

If you are unable to race please do not give your entry to another person. There are several reasons we ask this. 1. We need runner to sign our Terms and Conditions. 2. With incorrect emergency details we won't be able to inform your family should a medical incident occur. 3. You will make the event's results incorrect and delay everyone receiving their finish times and places.
