Brutal Frith Hill is set in the depths of a woodland offering lots of climbs.
The race starts in the arena beside the car park and moves along fast open trails for the first km, then into a succession of 4 short but steep hills which leads onto a fast long climb into a stretch of downhill to a sharp left turn. More turns, climbs and few downhill stretches through the woods makes this a perfect summer race.

Starting at 11:30 the Kids race is 2.5 km long and is the same first and last km of the main race. There is a 500m gentle climb and flat area to re-join the main courses last km. Hard left and into the open woods were the terrain undulating and soft is soft forest underfoot.  Then a downhill trail and into that last steep climb of the race back to the finish.

Other information
If you are unable to race do not give your entry to another person. There are several reasons for this. 1. We need runners to sign our Terms and Conditions. 2. With incorrect emergency contact details we won't be able to inform your family should a medical incident occur. 3. You will make the event's results incorrect and delay everyone receiving their finish times and places.
