Course
A single 10k lap route has a gentle run out to the beautiful trails of Bourne Woods. We are lucky enough to have had permission to run through an RSPB reserve before hitting the first hills. The hills then don't really stop, the route is either climbing or descending through mixed woodland. You will be running on the same area that has become world famous as a hilly woodland film set in films such as Gladiator, Harry Potter, Wonder Woman and Thor, the Dark World.

Timing
Chip timing is provided by Emit UK
First aid
First Aiders will be present at the start / finish.
Toilets
Portable loos will be provided.
Water
Water station at the half way point and the finish line.

Other information
Please note, for insurance purposes, we only allow those 13 years old and over to race.

If you are unable to race do not give your entry to another person. There are several reasons for this. 1. We need runners to sign our Terms and Conditions. 2. With incorrect emergency contact details we won't be able to inform family should an accident occur. 3. You will make the event's results incorrect and delay everyone receiving their finish times and places.
