Course description:

A gentle run out to a fierce climb and then a steep drop, before heading up and out into the open, through a quarry bed. Now, heading for the first ‘cooling’ marsh, and, in quick succession, it’s Alligator Swamp and Swan Lake. Dropping down onto the Muddy Mile and then two steep climbs up to savour the view. Next, heading for the Duck Pond and a wee bit more water, onto a very steep short hill followed by a fast decent onto another couple of testing hills before heading back to the finish. This is a wet one.
